Default Blade 400 basic control

I am new to heli's so I'm not sure how much movement should be at
the tail when flying. I seem to get some movement on the tail not so
much I can't control it with a little rudder imput is this normal???
Also if I try to trim it a lot the rudder blades turn around very slowly
is this normal?? The heli sits very well but not perfect. Should I keep
trying for a better trim job or is not perfect the best I can hope for
with stock 400
Thanks Mark

The tail willl not stay still for ANY heli but if it's only an occasional input, then you're OK
The gyro is doing it's job.
