Westbank, B.C. So far I only see the four of us from Canada. Like you, I build um but have never piloted one .... yet.
Can't wait to try out the Hydrofoam on the snow this year. Our H.S. which is 20 min drive from here hasn't heard about electric planes yet. They have nothing!
This forum is my saving grace for information, ideas and motivation.
Our club is 1/2 hour from here and it is going to become a golf course next year. I gotta find a spot and get a new club started in this area.

I belong to and fly with the Kiamichi Valley Flyers Association in Wilburton, OK which is 30+ miles from where I live. Most of the time I fly on a turf runway about 200 yards from my back door. It is just south of McAlester, OK on Rabbit Creek.

I fly at local park's and schools in and around Fullerton, California when the soccer kids are not occupying the grass. Sometimes fly at Rancho Cucamonga with a friend that lives in the area.

I fly up in the high desert near Palmdale/Lancaster California. My backyard is right near Edwards Air Force Base, where they land the space shuttle. I also like to fly off of the El Mirage Dry Lakebed, 1 mile wide by 6+ miles long. Slope is my hobby but getting into electric wings, and sailplanes.

Friendswood Texas, just south of Houston. I belong to two local clubs, JSCRCC (Johnson Spacecraft Center Radio Control Club) and GCRCC (Gulf Coast Radio Control Club).
I fly big and fast stuff at NASA, combat, sport and electric stuff at GCRC, and electric stuff everywhere else, ball fields, local parks, front yard, back yard, garage, etc..

My buddy and I fly in a farmers field (when the crops not in) about 5 minutes from my house or on public hunting land a couple miles away. Portage, WI is about 40 miles north of Madison. Anyone up this way is welcome to join us.
