Default New Parkzone Corsair

I just received my latest issue of Backyard Flyer, on the back page is an ad for the new Parkzone Corsair. 44" span, 30 oz, 5ch Spectrum 2.4 ghz (sigh no dx6i), same power setup as the Trojan except 30amp esc with bec installed (I guess they've had enough of those defective 25amp esc's. Drool. Due for release in mid August. I hope the release isn't delayed for too long! I think it's going to retail for $279.00. Drool. Also available in PNP version for $249.00. I think I'd pay the extra 30$ for the radio, don't you? Couldn't hurt to have an extra 5ch 2.4 ghz tx and rx around.Did I mention Drool? I think this is going to be an insanely popular plane for Parkzone. I just checked, it's now on Parkzone's website.

You must have read a typo
I would gladly pay 30 bucks more for a 2.4
Unfortunately it's actually 100 bucks more
$179 for the PNP and $279 for the RTF
Just got that info from the horizon hobby website

You are so right. I read the MSRP. That PNP looks pretty sweet, however I still may consider the RTF, a 2.4 for a 100$ more aint bad, even if only 5ch. Heck, a 2.4 rx is 100$!

Gfd, I don't see the problem. You want the plane, your wife loves it, seems to me you are one lucky guy! After all, it's only money!
