Default Problem during CPII fw update - Bad Product Code Abort

I have actually version 1.38 on my CPII and I am trying to update it to 1.40 or 1.41.

All seems working, including FUIM3 PORT test, but the fw update itself fails with "Error Starting Download" as error message.

Below you can see the log showing apparently that communication is ok but at the end the updater detect a "Bad Product Code ..."

What is wrong ? How to solve this issue.

There is a lot more activity over at

or you could phone or email FMA . All of my upgrades have been without any issues.
Well on second thought do you perhaps use dial up and any kind of accelerator program? If so turn it off during the download as this causes ame a lot of problems before I was able to get DSL
