Default New to electrics - need some help

Hello all - I'm new here and could use some help. I'm a long time nitro flyer and am very interested in putting together an electric 3D foamy. I have looked at countless websites and cannot for the life of me figure out where to start in 3D electrics. Could someone please help me out and point me in a solid direction? Thinking about going with foam construction and am open to kits or ARF suggestions. I would prefer that any recommended kits include all the required hardware aside from the electronics. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (Also - I will be flying this outdoors.)

Cincy: Wingspan?, profile or full fuse?, flat plate wings or airfoiled?
Dollars? Power system size? (see dollars and wingspan) For foam help you are in the right place just perhaps the wrong sub form.
Post your questions in the beginner form and go from there.
If 3D is your thing welcome.
I like balsa and have several planes from here
before his change to foam. Am currently finishing one of the last balsa planes Q produced. (KX2) He hangs out at another site (rcgroups)
I am a balsa guy so will leave the foam advice to others but look here for good flying ARF's with solid customer support
For a great little balsa kit
Electric is fun fast and easy. I get most of my power system and batteries from here
