Hi,

There is an internal fuse in the power supply that you check.

1. Make sure the power supply’s power switch is set to OFF.
2. Disconnect the AC power cord.
3. Wait at least one full minute for the power supply’s capacitors to discharge.
4. Remove 4 screws securing the lid through the side panels.
5. Remove the lid.
6. Remove the fuse, located near the AC input socket.
7. Install a new 6A fuse of the same type.
8. Replace the lid and secure it with 4 screws.

If this does not correct the problem, please return the supply to us with a note as to the problem. We will get it replaced for you.

I had followed the fuse change instructions that came with the power supply. The old fuse was burned. I pluged the power supply in and when I turned the switch on LIGHTNING flashed all inside. And it also burned the new fuse out. Something is seriously shorting out in the power supply. It will be in the mail tomorrow.
