Thumbs up Heads Up RC--2009 Web Store Front

I went looking for Heads Up RC on ebay, where I normally go for RC products & information & much to my surprise I found out that Heads Up RC is "No longer a registered user"!

Bummer I thought.

However, after doing some searching, I found that Heads Up RC now has their own excellent store front on the web.

In my experience this merchant is an outstanding example of good information, good service, low shipping costs, fast shipping, quality merchandise & reasonable prices.

Oh yeah, Jeff is a long time wattflyer! Check out this thread. You are not alone in your praise and happiness shopping with him. He goes by "all up in the air" if you'd like to find some of his posts. He does sorta lie low, but he's around!

Yes he does! I have no reservations whatsoever recommending him to anyone. Great merchandise, great service, great info. What else can you say?

Chellie: You really helped my business get off the ground. You wouldn't believe how many people came to my eBay store saying "Chellie sent me" or "I read that Chellie is using your..."

My Heads Up customer service story is a real conversation starter.
When I started in RC flight a year ago, I bought a few things from Jeff by recommendations I got from the WF members.......noobie questions soon followed and I wound up actually sending an older used lipo battery, a new charger (bought Jeff's little Esky model) and a page of hand written "please help" questions regarding why my battery wouldn't fit the new charger I got (happened to have a diff balancer plug, I didn't know a balancer plug from a wattmeter at that time! hehe)
Realize that I spent maybe $50 with Jeff so far......and he's walking me through the way I need to rewire my balancer leads to work with his charger, spending his time AND $ to ship my stuff (half of what was in the box WASN'T from his store!!) back to me after checking over the items.

What other supplier would do that??

That's been a year now.....Jeff is STILL an invaluable source for parts AND service for me that no one else has come close. His email must be blowing up now that his bizz has gotten good.....but he always answers my questions personally and with good wishes.
Absolute gold in my book.

Agreed best service out there, low prices and fast cheap shipping puts the icing on the cake. I think every plane I have has at least a few components from Heads up rc in it. Thanks Jeff

Default heads up rc

Just got my latest plane from Heads up , the box looked like the UPS truck ran over it. GWS Estarter now comes in a plastic bag. The bag was wraped in brown paper,and stuffed in a thin box i was amazed that the plane had NO damage, As for the kit ,GWS no longer has the glue packed with kit and a few hardware pieces were missing . Also no rubber bands were in kit . No big deal , I have lots of spare parts. Just wanted to let off a little steam. Heads UP is still my favorite. I have the stunt bipe ,and the mini bipe,both fly great ,they are very hard to get,you have to check every few hours everyday. They were to be back in stock today ,july 10 , NOT in YET . THE OLD GRUMP

I've been buying from Jeff since just after he started out with a small eBay store and only had about 20 or so items he was selling. I asked him so many questions that I was afraid he'd think I was a total dummy
He always answered my questions quickly & never steered me wrong
Jeff does have a good following here so you should never have a worry or 2nd thought. BTW, his "After the Sale Service" is the best too. Just let them know you have had a problem & you'll be taken care of quick
