Here's a few you won't see too often: a Sig Midstar 40, converted to twin electrics, with Firepower 25s, two OPTO ESCs, and two 2200mah 3s 50C lipos in parallel.

The Snafuey and Snafuey II are both powered with identical HURC setups, and the Tigercub uses all HURC gear as well.

Next plane (which is currently being drawn up in CAD) is my electrified version of the RCM Advanced Trainer II, with a Power Up 46 Sport, 12X5e prop, 5s 4200mah 50c EZ Flite Pro battery, and 80 amp Skypower ESC.

Great stuff. Heads Up RC is my default first stop for everything. I was a bit dismayed that they didn't stock any batteries appropriate for my new Eflite UMX Waco BL. Smallest 2C battery was twice the size I need.

Mark, I'm still not believing the quality of the HK 15178 servos. Four years and counting in my Slow Stick and not a glitch!

And doesn't this look just a little familiar? Looks like no more HK15178s for me! Yikes, Heads Up is great.

Smile MiniBipe

I'm new to the hobby and wanted to get a small Bi-Plane to buzz around with and the MiniBipe fills the bill rather nicely. You can fly is nice and slow like a trainer or crank up the throttle and do some loops on a dime. I got the plane and the power package with it, which was matched pretty nice. It was a fast build and went together easily. I'm using a 3 cell 25-40C Nano tech 460mAh battery and it has more than enough power for the plane, maybe a bit too much though. I'm using the prop from the power kit and it has no lack of pull when you goose the throttle. Until I can put a watt meter on it, I reduced the throttle setting on the transmitter to 70% and the bipe still scoots pretty fast and can do loops on a dime.
