WOW! Great Customer service. My last order had a packing error - I had ordered 3 PatchPaks and 4 2m rolls but got all PatchPaks. No prob, Bill from Stevens Aeromodel priority mailed me the 4 2m rolls and said keep the 4 PatchPaks sent in error, PLUS he included a free sanding pad! Cool.
