Also know as the Airfield P-51 from Nitro Planes? The "Marie".

Nice flyer. Very scale like. Will not set any world speed records but everything worked well (Flaps and retracts). Smooth flyer and appeared very docile while flying VERY slow passes for the cameras.

Would I be correct saying that's a P51"D"!!.
I thought the B didn't have a bubble canopy and looked more like a P40 Tomahawk?
Last piece of the video in the truck, it's left hand drive !!

Oooops! You are absolutely correct and I apologize. I was just seeing the "monster" part and made an a__ out of me!! Several "large" planes made of varying foams are coming to market right now. P-51's, P-40's, P-57's, etc., etc.. The makers are just as varied but all Chinese. Sorry to intrude on the thread.

Sorry it took me awhile to respond guys. My spam filter kept me from seing your posts. First off, Thanks for the complements, I really appreciate it. I'm hard at work with 3 more reviews as we speak. That monster p-51 is coming along well. it's huge! I just finished up designing and installing a wing retention system for it. I couldn't believe that the manufactures expect people to get this plane to the field with the wings glued on. I couldn't even fit it in the bed of my truck. The little Yak is doing alright. Had some really rough first flights. Working on finding cg and dialing in the airframe. It's a touch heavy but i'll get her there. Subscribe to my youtube channel for tons more flying and reviews!

Thanks for the support guys,
Don S

Oh yeah,
I'm in Northern California! Surfs up!

The Yak 54 two part review is up on youtube. check it our. As far as the mustang goes, the weather on the coast has been foggy. It may be a few more days before I get to maden her. Review hopefully in about one week on that one.
