Default i think its broken

i just turn my heli on and instead of flashing green lights like ive come to expect or even a red/green flash to say somethings wrong it started flashing red/green randomly, throwing servos everywhere and tryed to cut my arm off(some nasty scratches!).does this mean my 4 in one has had it, ive already replaced it once under warranty

He he, glad to here you got it up and running again. I've had a Lama for a while now and have had a lot of fun with it. It was also very helpful for learning how to fly CP heli's and stuff.

Default way off balance

after many many flights (almost daily im getting good!)my Lama seems to have gone off balance or something similar,it wobbles uncontrollably from the moment that i throttle it up,and the bottom rotor seems sluggish, whats wrong with my heli? i dont think ive bent the main shaft because i havent crashed it,and im not sure how to check if i have.the blade are all new.
