Default PZ Spitfire - stock servos ok?

I am nearly ready to reassemble my rebuilt PZ Spitfire. The last time I flew (and crashed) it was all stock, including the Nimh battery.

Since then I have a DX6i, and am equiping it with a brushless motor and Lipo. I've got carbon fiber spars in the wings, and put a Hitec HS-81 in the wing with a longer arm to get some more throw out of the cable ailerons.

I was looking at putting the stock Parkzone servo back on the elevator. It's only got a couple dozen flights on it, and seems to be working fine.

My question for Spit owners is: Do you think the stock servo is as good as other inexpensive servos like the Hextronik HXT900? Ever have a PZ servo fail?

I have never had issue with their servos failing, infact i actually ordered 2 of their servos to put in my funjet (they are good for the little $$$ they cost)

What brushless motor/ESC/prop size did you go with?

Turnigy 35-30A 1700 kv with a Turnigy 40A "Plush" controller, 8x4 APC prop. Have tested this setup on my Super Cub, which is a porker at 35oz, and it put out wicked thrust.

Probably too much motor, but I already have it and can throttle back, right?
