Default Good Scale beginner heli?

Like planes, the only helis I care for are scale. So far, some of the few I've seen that have the appearace I like are the Dynam Hughes-300 and Art Tech MD-500. As for the Dynam, I haven't seen any places that I would trust that have it in stock. BP no longer carries it. Any good place have it?

I've heard the Art Tech isn't the greatest heli out there, but if it flys reasonably well, I'd live with it, as I don't see myself having any care to get into 3D heli or anything of the nature. Just simple flying around. As of yet, it's the best looking in the so-called "beginner class" I've seen.
Any opionions on it?

Bill you can always get a good micro like the Honey Bee FP and put your choice of many shells on her. With the benefit of you painting the shell to look any way you please.

Hey, first post here but I spend a lot of time on RCU and RR. As to the search for a scale entry heli, Thunder Tiger is releasing a MD500 scale heli in the next few months. Loosly based on the E325, might be pricey though. It was at the Ihobby expo and was shown in a few RC heli mags.

Just saw that in a mag a few hours ago today. Coincidence. Looked pretty good.

Ya, the only thing I didn't like about it was the control unit which contains 2 of the servos and all the other electronics. One part goes wrong and you're replacing the entire unit. Also, the batteries they use are proprietary.
