Excellent show. Between Deadlist Catch, Flying Wild Alaska and Gold Rush, you'res is on my top five list.
Is the pitot gauge and app only domain to Spektrum or is it also available to us lonely Futaba guys out there?

That was pretty good. I like it particularly because I have an Apprentice, and had even considered doing this before I even saw this. Excited to see it actually work! I already have my Apprentice rigged with a parachute dropping mechanism (To drop something with a parachute) and a bunch of other stuff, but this could save you in some situations. But usually when I am at emergency status, I am moving too fast, and the chute may have issues at speed I have been thinking.

Articulating what??? Check it out as the Joshes try a really cool idea by taking the tail assembly off of a Gumby and experimenting with a whole different system. Hopefully it will inspire you to try this and help improve it!! Show us your ideas.
