1s Help and advice needed please

I am considering building a few little indoor models, and I note that quite a few designs use a single cell LiPo, now I am a beginner as far as electric indoor flying goes, can anyone give me some pointers about charging a single cell? I've seen numerous 2 - 6 cell chargers available, from cheap to ridiculous (I have a cheap and cheerful version) but I've yet to see one that will charge a single cell, can anyone suggest where I might find one (Preferably in the UK) and any advice on buying and using single cells and suitable motors would be much appreciated.
Thanks folks.

PS Are you looking for brushed or brushless indoor motors?

This one works, but it's not the best deal for $50. there are a lot of knock offs like this on ebay. i used the charger for a year about thirty times. charges from 1-3 cells from 50mah to 3Amps. It charged my 60mah, 100mah and 150mah single lipo cells successfully. It needs a 12v power supply. My power supply is crappy so when the charing rate spikes to 1.5 Amps the voltage on the power supply drops, the charger does not compensate and shuts off. I have to be quick with the voltage knob on the power supply. Kind of a PIA. So you need a good power supply that ups the voltage as the charing rate increases and lowers the voltage when the chraging rate decreases. hobbycity.com is a good place to buy single cells. shipping is like 3 weeks.

Still the best place for indoor/micro stuff in the UK is Indoor Flyer http://www.indoorflyer.co.uk/
Also worth a look is Micron http://www.micronradiocontrol.co.uk/
Unfortunately I don't think either of them sell a particularly good single cell charger that goes down to really low rates for the very small cells...but I've always made my own so I've not looked very carefully.
