Default E-Flite HABU 32 NIB - $750+shipping

This is the original Habu 32 Electric Ducted Fan Jet in the original colors (red/black/silver, now discontinued), and Delta V 32 Fan Unit (EFLDF32), both NEW IN BOX, and including just about everything else necessary for completion.

The Habu 32 is well known for it's extraordinary style and beauty, outstanding flight performance and wide flight envelope. Capable of most aerobatics, breath-taking 150+MPH passes, yet slows down to land at nearly a walk with flaps deployed. In a world full of foamies, the Habu is a great alternative and is a very inexpensive composite. It sports a beautifully finished fiberglass fuse, and fully sheeted wings and empennage. It has received rave reviews since it's introduction as an outstanding, forgiving flyer that is a great starter jet or a blast for an experienced pilot!

Included is nearly everything required for complete assembly except for Rx and 6S LiPo: custom E-Flite electric tricycle landing gear, E-Flite 80A ESC (EFLA1080B), EDF Brushless motor (EFLM3032DFA), 6ea of Hitec HS-85MG servos, 1ea JR DS368BB Digital Servo, and most hardware and cables required. Some components were removed from another Habu 32, but all are in excellent condition and guaranteed to work properly.

Kit Features:

- Painted fiberglass fuselage and vertical stabilizer
- Sheeted balsa wings and horizontal stabilizers covered in genuine UltraCote® covering
- Wings and stabilizers are removable using carbon blade spars and aluminum sockets for easy transport
- Pre-hinged control surfaces
- Flap Ready
- Hyper-efficient duct design--no cheater holes
- Bolt-on compatibility with E-flite® Delta-V® 32 power system (sold separately)
- Ready for E-flite 15-25 size electric retracts (sold separately)
- Machined aluminum wheels
- Optional landing gear doors included
- Access hatch for the fan unit and a canopy hatch for easy battery access
- Quick-release access hatch/cockpit deck

Buyer pays shipping, estimated at time of sale. Paypal Ok

Default Habu 32 kit NIB

Yes, it is still for sale for $750 + shipping. Let me know if you want it soon, please, I'm about to list it on eBay (for more money, have to cover their fees!)

Thanks for your interest

I can’t send a PM. Mind giving me your email address so I can ask a few questions? Jim

My PM’s are not going through. Probably on some sort of time delay since I just registered.

I’ll just ask my questions here:
1.). Is the box sealed? If not, pls confirm no parts are missing and that construction was not started.
2.). What components are new vs. off another model(s)?
- 7 Hi Tec Servo
- 1 JR Servo
- BL 32 motor
- 80A ESC
- Electronic Landing Gear
- Fan (says new in box, so ok)
3.) Was this listing previously up on eBay?

Jim

OMG this forums rules are driving me nuts! I've responded to you but it won't go thru!

Ok, the Habu 32 kit and one fan unit are NIB, unstarted, and appears to be complete. The box is not sealed. I will ship the kit in it's original box and outer box.
Components: One HS-85MG is NIB. The remaining servos are from another Habu 32 that was crashed on first flight. All of them work fine, based on a servo tester. Four of the servos are mounted on the wing hatches from the first Habu. The LG are also from the first Habu; the tires show no discernable wear and they all work normally and appear to be essentially new.
The ESC and a second fan unit are probably used, but again, work just fine. A new motor has been installed in the second fan unit and it has had connectors soldered to it. A second motor, from the original Habu, has had the wires cut. I don't know if it works, but I expect it does. I'll include it in the sale, so you'll get two motors and two fan units.
I did have this kit listed on eBay for a short time, but took it down to relist nearer to Christmas.

Finally, I'm located in the SF East Bay area.

Default Habu

Thanks for all of the info/responses. I found one last new 32x on Amazon and bought that one instead. Jim
