I have installed the latest update from the Castle site and I still have a timing issue. I have really fought this and any ideas on a custom timing setup would be so appreciated. I have absolutely ruled out and vibration in the airframe... although that is what it sounds like in the air.
Thanks in advance!

I've played with the timing settings on my eight CC ESC's, and found it didn't make a lot of difference on how the motor performed with the same prop and battery pack. True, it might make the motor turn a little faster, (or slower) along with a few percent more Amps. But the motor always ran smoothly regardless of the timing settings.
Makes me wonder if you might perhaps have an intermittent connection between your ESC and motor. Something like that will really make a lot of havoc on how everything runs.
Also, do you have access to a wattmeter to check on power levels? Could be you are overloading something, like the battery or ESC.
And, again, which motor/ESC/Prop are you using?
