I need to snag my brothers iphone to test with. Maybe ill let him cook me diner Friday night
Yes, I am stuck in mobile mode. The Quick Style Chooser has a check mark beside Default Style, but I am in mobile land.

I have an iPhone and I'm still (as of right now) getting the text only version of WattFlyer.

Can you guys with Iphones test and see if it is still forcing to the mobile style or is it giving you the regular style?

If you ever want to switch to the mobile, you can do that manually by selecting the style at the bottom. And are also able to switch back at any time.

I just bought an LG Rumor. I just found out it's using "Polaris 5.01".
I'm not quite sure this is a good idea ):
Now I'm checking Wattflyer from my car at stoplights, in the supermarket and hiding in the restroom at work checking posts.

I'm having some issues though that probably Rumor specific. I have'nt found much troubleshooting info yet.
Pages don't fully load and I get an "insufficient memory memory" error. This doesn't happen in thread pages
I don't get those on any other site even CNN with images loading.

The graphics are kinda "wonky".
The main page is good and once in the actual thread the page is good, but subforums have a truncated "Announcements" on the right half of the screen and the icon takes the left half.
Farther down on the page the stickys, and threads, are truncated on the left with the right side being blank.

Yep, Polaris is proprietary. I am not quite sure what to do (or if there is anything I can do). All this mod does is identifies that it is a mobile browser on entry and direct to the mobile style. The mobile style is more or less the normal style on nutrisystem.

RCU is our sister site. Same owner different Management . I am not sure if they will or can adapt a similar version there. RCU is written on a completely different platform from WF. Ill push the question up for consideration though

Well I installed OperaMini and am trying it out right now. I have to say it's better and faster than Polaris. Maybe I can do some tweaking (:

Default iPod Touch

hi Mike, I can't get default mode on my iPod touch. It has a flavour of Safari but I'm not sure which one.

Just been googling, apparently safari on itouch is different to iPhone
I'll let you know if I find out more

I am still having the problem I mentioned in post #23. I have a Dopod 838 Pro which is a Windows Mobile 6 PDA/Phone. I am using the Internet Explorer browser that comes with it.

For example in the Scratch Built Foamies thread, I can see the pictures that are posted by Crashalott because they are embedded in the text. However I cannot see the pictures posted by smokejohnson in post #49 (page2) because they are attachments to the post.

So for attachments I don't get thumbnails, images or even links, they are simply not there at all on the page.

What's worse, I've found I can no longer switch back to the standard theme (the one that is seen on a desktop computer) to a view a page the old way so I can access the attachments. There is a style switcher combo box at the bottom of each page but it doesn't matter if I select "Default Style" or "Mobile Users" it always shows me the mobile theme.

I have the same "problem" I've become used to it.
When browsing RCG all the images are there. I'm using OperaMini.
