With apologies to Groucho Marx, I wouldn't join a club which would have me for a member.

I fly indoors once a week in a HUGE dome, bigger than basket ball field to fly on & 60ft high, learners off to one side & public gym on other side, only 20 a year & have been there 18 months, keeps me out of mischief on a Monday night!

I recently got my AMA membership and joined a club. It's both airplanes and helis. Haven't met the club's heli instructors yet but I hope to soon as I'd like a second set of eyes to check out my Blade 400's setup and show me some flying tips.

Hi folks,
I am a member of a Sailplane club that I just joined actually. However. there is a very popular Heli club here in Huntsville. I drive past it coming home from work. It seems to always have members flying. at least a half of dozen vehicles there most of the time.. I have on occasion seen a couple of planes in the air there too. Its a very busy club....
