New motor for Parkzone Typhoon 2
#26

That would be ok if you're still using the gearbox. I just glued a wood block to the front of mine and mounted a 1200 kv outrunner to it and it flew brilliantly.

Hi there,
I just purchased from Ebay this 'inrunner' for my Typhoon 3D, and works super! (original 20A ESC):
http://www.ebay.com/itm/270981083768...84.m1438.l2649
p.s. it's only with 2, not 4 screws attached to my gearbox, but seems to hold strong!
Paid ~$19.00 (free s/h). (whatever Ebay says)

Ok.. so I'm working on major upgrade for my Typhoon 3D..
My batteries: 2...
a) 11.1V (3s), 2200mah, 20C continuous
b) 11.1V (3s), 2200mah, 40C continuous
My ESC - about to get F-60A from Hobby King (60 contin to 80A bursts)
My Motor: 1100KV: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...ner_Motor.html
So what reminds is PROP. .
I'm thinning 2: APC E: 12x6, and APC SF: 11x7.
I have my old props which I think are to big: original Parkzone's 13.5x7 SF, and 12x8.75 SF.. Also APC 12x8 (I think is E) which I still think is too big.
Any data on mentioned props for current being drawn would be very appreciated.
Thx!
