Default Propeller and DC Motor Matching

Hi ,I am a novice aeromodeller looking to to match propellers and dc motors.

By looking at propeller data( The APC Propeller data) We know that for a constant RPM the shaft power increases and then decreases (also shown as power available in the graph below)
So suppose if we apply some electric power constraint for our motor, Then

will the shaft power still increase or

will it remain constant for some time and then decrease

or probably something else could happen?

mmmmm before anyone gets into this .. just to clear up a point.

DC Motor is an old BRUSHED two wire motor that has been surperceded by the much more efficient and more powerful BRUSHLESS motors which are in effect AC three wire motors.

Strange!
Exactly the same question and attachment has been posted today by "Theairplaneboy" on the RCGroups web site.
If that is indeed you it is not likely to encourage replies.
