Default Graphing Resolution

Hello Everyone. I've had an E-Logger for a few days now and have a few questions. When I graph data the the lines for my selections are stepped quite a bit. I was wondering if there was a setup selection that would do some averaging and give me smooth looking graphs. I have the manual that comes with the logger and have looked at the on site manual but can't seam to find information that explains all the available options for the graphs.

Also notice the picture showing the very smooth red cumulative curve. This must be averaged or something? I know. I just don;t know what I'm doing right?

Hi John,

The stepping has to do with the resolution of the logger. As your amperage varies more, the stepping will be less, since the graph range will be greater. In short, you're doing nothing wrong.

The eLogger V3 has considerably more resolution than the V2, so stepping will be even less.

Regards,

Bill, for Eagle Tree
