Default Lets see you're Eflite mSR's

Ok...

The images below are pictures of my Eflite Blade mSR

Ive had quite a flew problems with my one, but thankfully ... its working fine now

I fly mine on the advanced swash plate setting, and fly on High rate on my DX5e.

I also dabbed some hot glue onto the end of the tail motor to stop the wires from breaking away.

Here's some pictures of mine...Enjoy

Smile Nothing Special, Yet...

It's nothing special. I did not want the red canopy. I think the blue is fine for now. I'm waiting for an all white blank canopy that can be painted. There is a company that made carbon fiber canopies for the mcX and that would look nice on the msR.

OK, my msR. The top left shows the tray I made for the battery charger. Next is the striping I added. I used fluorescent yellow trim sheet and added some hilites so I can pick mine out in a crowd. I did some stripes on the canopy, a little at the base of the main rotor, & a bit on the tail fin. Nothing fancy just a bit different.

No problems with my msR except the blade grips break easily. I'm on my third set now. Actually 2-1/2; I only replace the broken ones.

I set the servo travels, especially the elevator, to 150%. The little guy really scoots now!

Don't have any pictures at the moment. Once my glow in the dark kit gets here I'll snap some though.

Hey All......

First post! no pics yet(got the Cusker mod coming this week, will get pice of that!) but got a little video of my meager ability!
this is my first real "serious" go at flyin' a heli, bought a airhogs havoc and was really impressed with its abilties(and lack there-of!) and just had to have more.... almost went with a walkera 4#3b , then a CB100, then i saw the E-flight Msr, luckily my lhs(RC car kings!) had em in stock!... I used to be a monster truck guy... Now, I'm addicted to the air!!!!!!!!!!

here goes nothin'.. sorry 'bout flyin' off cam(drafty windows!!!gets "Breezy"!)

Doesn't hurt that the mSR is the rubber ball of indoor flying heli models. I still cannot believe how much abuse my mSR takes and still flies. Will try to get the missus to video some of my flying to share.

thanks Sam!

I got the Cusker mod installed... not as easy as one might think/ had to really lengthen the linkages to level out the swash(although, maybe installing it "flush" on the old collar wasnt the way to go??higher maybe? )
BUT...
trial and error got the linkages close, trimmed out for hands free hover,
and BOOM.. this little sucker is wicked fast now!! I got a DX5e radio for italso and WOW, with the channel 5 selector on "0", its like a rocket! so for now i'm keepin' it on "1" as that still seems way more responsive than with the stock "gamepad" controller.. I'm glad i didn't go with the aluminum swashplate, no real performance gain..just weight.
I am, however, gunna get those Alum. blade grips!! the weight doesn't bother me on that part!!!

So, Blade mSR Cusker mod = Pure Win!!(and Pure Fun)
Thanks Cusker RC !

Default mSR modified by Cusker RC, LLC.

Here is the "company owned" mSR. It has a carbon fiber tail fin, aluminum blade grips, prototype aluminum and carbon fiber flybar. All modifications done by Cusker RC. All parts from Cusker RC. Enjoy!

Smile

Well I took a yellow sharpie to mine here, I also had a few AF stars lying around so went a step further and applied them to the sides. Now it wasnt big enough to completely cover the entire E-flite name so I did the next best thing which was to leave just the "E" exposed so it at least looked uniform and rather part of the decal somewhat.
I also have some thing I want to do to the tail fin, but am stil thinking on just how I want it. (Red & white stripes) I also put on a non funtional tail boom strut that was for a BMCX S300. I have the canopy for the S300 but am working on just how to attach it.
This is my Army Air Corps mSR, so far.
