Default Turnigy 3530/14 1100kv motor + ESC etc. spare ? to put it in ?

When the Mig 3 crashed ... its left me with a nice motor that swings a 10x6 on a 3S for a model of up to 1kg ....

I keep thinking what to put it into ... looking through HK and the motor sits in a vacuum of 'nothing' ! There's a gap from the 2836 up to the 3536 .... so what to put it in ?

The Mig 3 was 1065mm span and just over 1kg ... flew fine on this and a 10x6.

mmmmm Suggestions please .... Hobby King only I'm afraid ... everyone else quotes crazy shipping IF they agree to Latvia that is !!

Nigel,

Some kind of light foam parkflyer? or a small balsa job like the Great Planes Super Sportster ? http://www.towerhobbies.com/products.../gpma1161.html

Tower ships to Latvia: http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wto0240p

I know you'll find something.

That might just work in the bravado from hk. I believe the pnp comes with a motor of similar size swinging a 11x5

My suggestion...

It is a kit so shipping shouldn't be horrible. An excellent and fun airplane.

Funny .... been reading replies ... looking through links ... sites etc.

Then pal of mine calls and says ... My Big Cessna is standing and not likely to be used ... do you fancy it ?

Now I know this model ... its about 2.3m span .... has a 25cc RCGF Gasoline engine .... I actually repaired his wing for him ...

Well ... I do not have to think about it ... that baby is already in my hangar ... collected it immediately !

Needs a bit of work on her ... but for free ?

I gave him a presentation 15yr Old Scotch and matching glass set as a thank you ...

So my plans for the 3530 are suspended for a while !! (I have a Teksumo Wing on its way as well !!)

Lol. Nice job. The Scotch was worth more than the plane.
