Default 5ezp f-14 tomcat v2

Started this build two years ago but got distracted.
Took it down form the shelf night before last and cut-out the last few parts and started taping and pinning the prototype together. The last Tomcat I made was done in the MACH or wings swept config ( sorry i'm to dumb to do a real swing-wing) so this one has the wings at 50% of arc.
It will have a GH Super-Mega-Jet motor; 60A ESC; 6x5.5 prop; and two servos for the Tailerons which will be in the "Ailerons-on-a-stick Configuration mounted below the level of the main wing.

Looks great. Can't wait to see more. In other news I have been trying to get the f22v3 and others to fly well, but I feel like I'm powering them with not a strong enough motor. I'm using a Turnigy D2826/6 2200kv 40a esc but the models seem anemic even with ideal props. Do I need to step u the motor size or am I just weighing too much. The f22 comes in at 700g w/battery at 26" wingspan and the su34 at 600 w/battery.

THUNDER AI,
Thanks.
My F-22 and Su-35 weigh in at the flight line at about 600 grams (21 oz.) and I use a Grayson Hobby Super-Sonic motor with a 6x4 prop 30A ESC and a 1350 3S LIPO on both the F-22 and Su-34 & 35's.
The SS motor is supposed to have a stain thrust of 23-24 oz.

I must be building them heavier but I'm also using 2200 mAh batteries and full floating surfaces and not hindges which adds weight.
