This charger allows you to balance charge a 3s 1000-2200mah lipo at 1.3A from your car. Charging lipos less than 1000mah is not safe unless they have a high C charge rating, and larger than 2200mah just takes a long time. Great for those starting out with little money. I remember when I was starting out and used a .65A balancer to charge my 2200mah 3s, it took 3 hours, but it was worth it and valuable to me since it was all I had.
