Default weirdness . . .

I am a big fan and steady customer of Heads Up RC, but today weirdness struck. I send a bunch of stuff to my shopping cart and click buy. Okay, fill CC info and then . . . "credit card failed to process." Uh-Oh. Okay, I have moved and maybe the billing addy didn't match up. I call the CC company and they say my order went through. ??? Go back and check HURC and it says order being processed. Reckon as is well I think - wrong. Just got notified order was cancelled. I call HURC but they checked out for the evening so I sent them an email. Now I wait . . . Not the first time the online order page has messed up, but true to five star customer service HURC will fix it quick.

Heads UP RC rocks!

Odds are that you will receive an Email response from them tonight. That's how they roll.
Good company to do business with.

got an email about 8pm and as I suspected it was a glitch in my CC billing addy - CC company was a tad slow updating it. Got that squared away and resubmitted order this AM.

Heads Up RC won my loyalty early on - I returned to RC plane hobby after decades away and all the electric stuff was new to me. First plane, scratch built Schoolboy, was powered with HURC stuff but I couldn't get the throttle working. Email HURC with the particulars including the radio I was using, Futaba 4WF. Speed of light reply = reverse the throttle channel. Of course my radios back in the `80s had no channel reverse or mixer switches but my new Futaba did - channel reversed, throttle worked as advertised! HURC rocks!
