Default Swift no.s929

My sons helicopter is only lifting off a couple of inches above the floor. We put new batteries in the charger and charged it for a few hours. The 2nd attempt it went a bit higher but not like it should be .

Does anyone have any recommendations

Check the helis motors and shafts for hair and thread that likes to get wrapped around the motor shafts and gear area, lube moving parts after a good cleaning of these areas, check to see that all parts move free with out binding, Hope that helps, Chellie
