how do these handle compared to other carbon fiber blades (align, radix, ms composites)? do they have the same anti shatter problem the eflite woodies do ....aka "the head shredder"; do compared to other brands?
also, are they compatable with the guai 450 flybarless head?

I like them OK. THey aren't the best carbons out there, but they're sure not the worst either. Any CF blade will stand up to a LOT more than woodies before they desintigrate. When they do go, though you don't want to be anywhere close to them..they tend to explode and throw shards of CF around at high velocity. They will fit a Guai flybarless head, and since it is a metal head, the CF blades will blow up before the head does in most cases. Just remember that as you upgrade to CF, aluminum, etc. you effectively transfer impact loads to the next level of "weaker" parts; instead of breaking a blade or a blade grip, you may twist a main shaft, or strip a drive gear, a servo, etc.

very true, for me it will be my main gear and or main shaft. i upgraded my b400 with hs65 mg's with a 9275 and gy401 before i finally upgraded to a t-rex 450. that align main gear loves to strip. but withthe guai head, I should finally beable to use these old cf blades. thanks.
