Default E-flite Balancing charger EFLC31110 not good?

Hey,
I read somewhere that the stock e-flite charger that comes with the cx2 or cp pro "won't balance anything". Is this true? Why not? I have a BC-6 that I charged one of them today but I would sure like to know the info on the stock charger.

Maybe I shouldn't be using the stock charger at all...

the stock charger dosn't seem to do much if any balancing, or it gives up after a while. When I finally purchased my Cellpro my original cX2 batteries were ~.2 volts out of balance. now that I charge with my cellpro they are balanced. I continue to use the CX2 charger when I want to charge more than one battery at a time. but I prefer my cellpro.

The one that came with my CX2,works well, and it dose indeed ballance the cells well. That being said,it also is very slow to charge a pack, and only charges it up to around 75-80%. I can use my other chargers set at 0.800 amps, with a Astro Flight blinky attached to the pack, and get around 90% full charge in 2/3 the time. The out put on the E-flite charger is 0.65amps. It works well (for a included charger). Ron
