- Similar power with same prop (6x3) and battery (2s 350mAh)
- About 5g lighter
- Comes with a firewall mount, a shiny aluminum prop adapter, and a prop saver.
- And the dang thing runs better!

The only problem... you need to run a 6" prop for similar thrust levels as the C2222 2850kV.

See the motor test data here: http://www.flybrushless.com/motor/view/431

That's a darn good little motor. My motor of choice, for it's size class. My Guillows C150 has one, as well as several others. More than ample power for the sheeted C150 at 6oz.

I think you can get by with the guts from a champ, if you already have a Spectrum transmitter you can pick up one of these... http://www.wholesaletrains.com/Detai...p?ID=200841116. The fuse has the receiver brick and geared motor. You might even be able to reuse the pushrods and control horns. You would also need to pick up a prop.

I just picked up one of these the other day. Going to be my first kit build. Found it on sale at the LHS. And decided heck go for it. What's the worst that happens I learn alot and have a spectacular crash. Hahhahaha. Thinking of maybe using UmX beast guts for rc control. Seems to be about the best option in terms of weight and I think that there will be plenty of power. Should be a fun build in terms of learning how to do it.
