Default Measuring single cell voltage with power meter

My 60v 130A gt power meter requires external power to measure voltages less than 5 volts, the manual says apply external voltage to the 3 pin aux jack, however it does not give the pinout for + and - so does anyone know how to wire up a plug for this meter? I have searched the web and found no pinout information anywhere.

Here is an idea, Plug your meter into a 2 or 3 cell battery, then use a volt meter and try to read the voltages on the pins.
It might tell you what you need to know.
