Default 1000 mph perfect timing

I went to the Joint Base Lewis McCord airshow yesterday, and they had the US Airforce Thunderbirds there to do their show.

One of the stunts was one plane from each side flying at 500 mph, and crossing at show center. I was very close to that point. This is not a frame from a movie or one from a burst of pictures.

At a closing speed of 1000 mph, I can not believe my fortunate timing to get this picture.

Well now I know who to go to when it comes to filming my flights...that's what I call good reflexes.

Very cool. They are performing in Ft. Worth this weekend. I live about 10 mi away and can hear the roar. Got a few distant visuals. They put on a great show, almost as great as the Blue Angels! lol
