Hi All....brand new here and it does look like a very friendly forumn...
The other day I ran across a motor/esc/prop program and can't locate it again...does anyone have the link to that one or a similar one. I have a scratch building buddy who had built up a 6' WS Cub (will be approx 2 to 2-1/2 lbs AUW) and he's interested in going electric with it...we're both new to electrics so any help would be appreciated....TIA

That's not the one I found the other day but it looks like it'll sure do the job. The one I found was on one of the retailers sites...just can't remember what retailer..lol It probably confined it's responses to only equipment that that retailer sold...
Thanks for the quick response...

Hello DEG, Welcome to Wattflyer!
Was it this one? I usually post it when answering a motor/esc/prop question;

Thanks to all that responded with links...haven't had a chance to look at all the programs but I will over the weekend. I did take a look at MotoCalc and dl'd their trial version. The portion of their program that really does what I need at this time is the MotoWizard. That portion of MotoCalc is very similar to the one I found the other day. I ran the MotoWizard and based on the info my buddy gave me I now have many choices for him to consider.
Again, thank you all and I'll be back with more questions, that's for sure...
Have a great weekend,
Don
