Got one about 6 months ago...SUPER fun plane.....! I moved the rods for the control surfaces to the holes in the horns closest to the surface, and now it rolls and even will fly inverted with a little coaxing! Pretty rugged too......an excellent plane for the money!

Hobbyzone Sport Cub S Stagility Mode How to set up from thebeginning to field.
Passing on what was made for the Blade 350 QX by Indoorheli. and put into good use by people, here I do what is best get a video out there to help anyone that is interested in taking the next step in flying

If you are afraid to get out of a beginner's mode and find yourself unsure how to level back. Stagility will be a Beginner's mode ON all the time but all you to do a FLIP, ROLL, invert, release the stick, BAM you are back leveled out like that.
Set it up and switch on when needed, switch off if you don't want to use it. that simple

Showing for the DX6 only. the video will get you started.

1 standard transmitter set up.
2. add a voice to a switch.
3. Bind the craft
4 add stagility.
5 show a test flight

Manual settings are as follows for the DX6 for stagility:

Mix 1
Ail>Gear
Rate: -125% +125%
offset: 0%
trim: inh
Switch: switch C (you can use any switch, I just picked that one because its near the mode change switch and is only two position, which is what I wanted)

Mix 2
Ele>Gear
Rate: -125% +125%
offset: 0%
trim: inh
Switch: switch C

Mix 3
Gear>Gear
Rate: 0% 100%
offset: 45%
Switch: switch C

SPM file with stagility and no voice will be loaded
SPMfile with voice will be loaded

A month of no post or action. and know the other forum its every minute of B.S. the group, has issues, more than plane issues.

Should I worry here?? nah. a great place indeed, if one passes by that is all they do!

Just pulled the trigger and ordered one about half an hour ago. My first ever rc plane. I live in the middle of nowhere and will be flying it in my own pastures.
cow flops = soft, but not ideal.

cowl &motor mount repair.

Repair continues, looks like some angle is off some stiffness if glue got on the shaft, gear etc . Wil have to remove, repair test, hardest part is test and then repair, time for glues to dry.

Issue is lift. to much, not enough the flight does not feel right, once you find that sweet spot, then you know it? IfI had my other cub in had, as I give gas in hand I feel the thrust , if it pulls correctly I am down, if not repair, repair, repair

Flown and needed the repair, pulled apart the mount, cleaned the motor gears and feels a hell lot smoother. fixed the rudder with the glues, made sure it is on better than before, and hopefully a better motor angle.

And nothing glue can not fix. I am going to do a restore no less, that is just me. I fund a rip right wing, flying her feels the right Aileron is working but not turning the plane, unsure if motor mount, rudder etc is not helping who knows. will have some fun on the bench later down the road

Down that road came, in a decision if a motor would do not because it runs just fine, if I gone this far, why not all out? As the 808 cam is on not good. it's off it easier to run. hmm

todays flight report:

Flew twice one w/o a cam. less responsive, right controlling less. 2nd flight, put a cam on and that made me crash. hit the fence, spent sometime looking for the cam lol, fell where the craft hit.

I ordered a better motor b/c why not do a full over haul, than a partial one. I will more or less still run her till I am ready for the repairs.

This is a great plane! It's easy enough to fly for my 7 year old, but I can switch of the SAFE and have a blast!

to the bench she goes more or less the tail feathers are only pressed on and possibly held with a tad of wood glue. a mustard color that 100% resembles wood glue? But who knows?

Motor is still 100% working but slowly fading. may just run her till it can not run no more? I am now going to do the full over haul, less the propeller and sticker and Landing gear. No rush to do this, as my other SCS has good amount of Run time. Will decide my next step.

Repair report:

re-checked all, some glue held the push rod rudder in place, elevator U bend for a level trim. not sure why, but who knows, wrong servo horn, or not seating on fuselage, you name it?

Foul weather holds the plane in the hanger for the next few days. when its nice and calm out and in the air she goes.
