Default Testing the Night flying with the Radian

My first evening beach flight to our nearby beach. The lights look great and super bright. . It was around18:40and cold

Did you install the tail camera on a swivel? Would you please show us how you did it? Also, those light and controller are those Chinese regular ones?

g’day there, the one camera was mainly used on each flight & i flew the same pattern, changing the camera position each time. The cameras are very lightweight at around 17-22g. Flight 1: located just behind the canopy fwd. 2: i then reversed it to the tail
3: just forward of the elevator next to tail. 4: under wing mount to get the sweep of lights.
i use quality 3m double sided foam tape, a new strip each flight that grips & holds the camera in place.
the lights are part of the night radian & they have a controller & switch in the cockpit to allow different strobe effects. Hope that helps.

Very nice. Love how the camera was holding a level view through the flight. That was sweet.
