Default Fly-Ware T-rex has slipped its magnets

I have two Flyware T-Rex 40 motors that have magnets that have slipped out of place.I don't know what kind of glue that they used to attach the magnets, but it has failed on several of the magnets. The other problem that I have is that some of the magnets have broken and I need to purchase some new ones. They are 6mm wide by 40mm long and 1.5 or 2mm thick. Does anyone have any advice so that I can get these motors back up and running?
Thanks,
Darrell B

This should not happen of course Darrell. Warranty?

You can use the broken magnets. Glue them back in the original position. Just make sure you seal the surfaces. Neodymium magnets and moisture in the air are not a good combination. Make sure the magnets have the correct orientation:
N-S-N-S-N-S-N-S-N-S(-N-S-N-S) (10 or 14 magnetpoles)
or
NN-SS-NN-SS-NN-SS-NN-SS-NN-SS(-NN-SS-NN-SS) (10 or 14 tiled magnetpoles)

But read Brian Mulder's introduction first, to get the general idea:

Glueing in magnets:

-> Chapter 3
The 'UHU Endfest 300' mentioned there is a good quality epoxy.

Thanks Ron for the prompt reply. Waranty at this point is not an option. THe company won't even respond to my e-mail and I have tried to call them, international call, and just get put on hold for ever. The magnets are NN-SS-NN-SS 14 tiled for a total of 28 magnets.
