USB connectors for Spektrum/JR???
#1

I'm at my wit's end! I've been searching the internet for one of these and almost everyone has no stock on them. The places I find that don't say they're out of stock don't say if they have any stock at all, and most of them are from some really sketchy looking sites... I guess they are just so popular, they sell out fast?
Does anyone know where to find one of these? Should I just contact a well-known site and place a backordered order and wait?
Thanks in advance for any help!

They've got it in stock, and this place is well known.

Thanks, but that's not it. That one goes from a computer USB to an AS3X board to program it. I'm looking for one from the tx to a USB port to use for a flight sim. I should have been more clear.

Wow! An octopus! Actually, I guess whatever works so I could just plug my Dx6i or Dx8 into my computer for use with RC Desk Pilot until I collect enough funds and decide to get RealFlight.
I was looking for something like this:
http://www.horizonhobby.com/products...-jr-GWSFSM002B
But you see it says no longer available. But you can find a bunch for Futaba and others.

Not sure what the problem is. There are usually about a million of them for sale on EBay and they're dirt cheap. I've bought several for various people and never had any problems with them. Just search for "USB simulator cable".

Thanks, Slipstick! I did search there, but always added JR/Spektrum to the search. And I'm not a huge E-Bay fan, either. Been burned before. I might have seen those things like came up with your suggested search, but shyed away from those Chinese copycat packages that look like they come with pirated software, not to mention some items I found that said were JR compatible had reviews that said they weren't. Guess it's the only game in town...
Thanks for the search tip. The order is in. I'll see what I get.

I have this one from Tom's RC

I have the one with the JR plug. I use it with ClearView on a Vista Machine with my DX7. I needed a mix of throttle to another channel (aux or flaps, I don't remember which) to see the throttle input, but it works fine.

But if you don't have luck here, have you tried over at RCG?
RCG - Simulators
Good luck!
