Trainer and training suggestions:
Advice for getting into flying RC airplanes, and how not to - The Ampeer

Some well-structured reading for rainy/windy days, and some handy e-tools as well. Will save you, and us a lot of questions. Notably the 'what went wrong?' kind of questions Will also prevent you from burning up several controllers and/or motors and/or battery:
E-flight primer and tools

And pleasepleaseplease, do your RC equipment, wallet, ego, battery, controller, motor, house/garage/car a big favour ... get a watt-meter. It will more than pay for itself, will save you at least one fried motor and one fried controller. Will also help you finding the best setup.
Keep battery-/-watt-/multi-meter wires short!

The link in your post, has nothing to do with RC planes, so I am not sure why it is there.

I would suggest getting in contact with other local RC flyers and see what they have or would recommend. Most experienced flyers have a trainer or 2 and may sell you one. May have a good radio to start with too.
They would also know what is available in your area.

Good luck, and read the things that Ron sent you the links to. There is a lot to learn about electric planes that will make it a more rewarding hobby. Don't be scared off, there is a lot to learn about everything in any hobby. None of it is real hard.
A wattmeter is very valuable if you are not using exactly what came out of the box. If you change batteries, props or motors, a wattmeter will help you from having a smoke trail. (don't ask how I learned that one.)

Such a link is not an accidental typo Bill.
And probably copied the message from an earlier thread.
