Hi Cat Here is a motor combo for you that will fly your plane very nice and it wont break the bank With a 11x5.5 APC prop, on a 3 cell lipo, it will give you about 77oz of thrust, more than enough, and if you want more speed, you can use a 4 cell lipo with a 9x4.5 APC prop with 83oz of thrust and 740 watts, lots of power

Motor $ 27.95

ESC $ 29.95

make the control surfaces out of balsa, you can stick build the control surfaces or buy formed balsa aileron stock, i use the formed balsa aileron stock, much easier to work with, use CA hinges cut them in half length wise if they are to stiff, so your making 2 out of 1 CA hinge. use foam safe CA or epoxy to install the CA hinges with, cut a slot in a small piece of wax paper, install over the hinge to prevent the glue from touching the wing and control surface when glueing together. glue the hinge in the wing or aileron first, then glue the other side, makes for a much neater glue job and less fighting the hinges, mark the hinge in the middle with a ball point pen, leave a 1/16" to 1/8" gap between the control surface and the wing to allow for full control surface movement.

Ok chellie i meed ur powers. Ive looked everywhere even printed out different plans. I can not get a hard and fast answer. If you look at a plane from above. I cant find what the four angles of the wing are. Any ideas? I made my templates from metal like u so i got thst good i just need my wing shape horizontally.

To make things Easy the front Wings Leading edge does not need to tapper back, make it Straight, make the wings width about 12" wide in the middle, make the wing tip about 2/3 of the wings width, so about 8" from the wings leading edge back and then to the 12" at the middle of the wing, that will give you a nice tapered wing on the trailing edge, draw these dimensions on to a piece of card board and see how it looks to you, use the TLAR Method, THAT LOOKS ABOUT RIGHT Method LOL Hope that helps, Chellie

looking Good add a Square 10mm CF Tube 1/3 of the way back from the leading edge so the wing wont crack on you. cut a slot just big enough for the square tube and epoxy it in place, covet with some clear packing tape, a Slow Stick fuselage works great too.
