My kid's are either 40 years old or push'in 40, I started the Club 14years ago with Rubber FF and 2-Ch hi-start gliders, I got um-teen Parkzone Fire&aero Birds in a swap for a Big Slime'er I had and have traded most my old Wet planes off for the kids planes though the years,

Wink Well it's about time

Thanks for the update Andrew even if it's just a tad bit overdue
Reading what Stu said got me to thinking about just how many prayers were answered, sorta mind boggling isn't it? Of course we don't want to take away from the wonderful doctors and nurses who attended Michaels needs and all but I can't help but believe that there was a guiding presence there as well.

Standing By,
SJ

Just another update.

Michael made it to SEFF this year. He did extremly well with the 13 hour ride. As did AJ and Lauren. I know there were a lot of people who wanted to see him. There were a lot of people that I wanted to see as well. How cool was it that he was 9 months old on the day we arived at SEFF. For those who did not attend or get to see him, he is doing great. He has a doctors apointment tomorrow. I am pretty sure he will be on baby food by tomorrow night. That would be nice, Joanna brought 52 (yes 52) bottles with us for the 6 day road trip. So, Michael is moving along nicely.

Ok, make your plans everyone. Michael will be 1 year old in a few months. I am personally enviting all of you to his first birthday party. It's going to be an all nighter.

So bring a tent, bring a sleeping bag, bring a camper, (no hook-ups) I have a large lot but a small house. We will have people hanging from the rafters.

Hello everyone, it has been a while I know.

Well it is hard to believe that just 12 short months ago our lives as we knew it would be turned upside down. My son Michael was born 3 months early. At a staggering 1 pound 10 ounces he had a very big fight in front of him. There were some scarry times along the way. He put up a tramendous fight through it all. After being poked and prodded, scanned and monitored for 115 days in two different hospitals our little miracle was allowed to come home.

We are very excited to be planning baby Michael's first birthday party. On July 21st Michael will be 1 year old. He has grown by leaps and bounds over the last year. He even made the trip to SEFF. Took me 4 years and he did it in 9 months. He is crawling now. He is also starting to pull himself up and furniture walk. It is just so cool to see how well he is doing, knowing where he had to start from.

So on Saturday July 24 2010 at 2:00pm we will have a lot of friends and family assembled together for one of the best first birthday parties ever. We are so gratefull for all of the prayers, letters, kind words and so on we recieved. Everyone was so kind. I recieved letters from people that I did not know and have never met. Our address must be floating around out there some where, and thats ok.

From the bottom of my heart, I give a big Thank you to everyone.
-Andrew, Joanna, AJ, Lauren and Michael

Andrew,
Geez how time slips by. One year on the 21st and as it turns out that is my Dad's birthday...just 90 years difference.
Remind Michael you have to learn to walk before you can fly....I think.
Congrats to you and Joanna for bringing such a fine young man into the world.
Now....does he have a paper route yet??
Later,
Bob

Thank You everyone.

Yea time does fly. It is hard to believe that a year has passed. We are trully blessed to have Michael with us today. All the prayers, all the kind words, all the Pm's and all the letters trully made this much more bearable. We have made some great new friends and yes, Michael has 10,000 uncles now.

Stay tuned for some birthday pics next week.
