sorry to toss this question in....but on the areocraft web site the 6' telies weren't offered ...did they stop that size tele???i see the micro, and mini tele[48"ws]then the huge 12' tele....whats up with that?

i like the 72 "size as it would tow gliders easy or carry a payload of camara weight. and they'er good flying planes.plus its one of those birds that look good with the clear coverings.

OK. For some reason I thought you were in the San Diego area.

The store is called RC Hookup. I thought he had a website, but I can't seem to locate it. I have his card at home and will post the info to you in a PM.

i forgot hobby lobby sells the aerocraft arfs and kits,i bought the skimmer directly from areocraft and spoke on the phone with them regarding the skimmer. aerocraft made the skimmer laser cut for hobby and hobby lobby doesn't carry it anymore. strange hobby lobby has the 6' and its the senior telemaster i want to kit build some day. just like the picture, bare wood, clear film covering as a work of art. i would do the flap addition with the ailerons to help it land...telemasters love to float even when going slow,i often had to go round again to land the 48"minitele.coarse that was when i was a newbie pilot and the fields i flew in were ball parks. i must say that the arfs are probably made overseas. thats why they aren't on the aerocraft site.

thanks bill for showing me hobby lobby ,for $125 ,an 8"tele would be my largest bird in the hanger.....winter is going to be fun this year.

Call Hodges hobbies. There is a chance they might have it... Not for sure, but they do have a TON of airplanes.

http://www.hodgeshobbies.com/

You do have to call them as they do not list their airplanes on their site

I think that is the kit. good find though. He is looking for the ARF.

I am flying the ARF right now, but it would be completely unrealistic to ship as the wing is glued together and the tail is not removable.
