Yes, Merry Christmas to all. Hope it's full of cheer for you all. Already talked to the kids and grand kids. Too bad they're on opposite ends of the country and I'm almost in the middle. It's all good though. They've come to visit for so many years before. Too bleeding expensive and a P.I.T.A. to travel these days. While nothing R/C I did get many things I could really use. No ugly sweater thank goodness!

Joe,

It took a few years of intense training but now she just gives me Visa gift cards and rolls eyes knowing exactly what I'm going to do with them. LOL

My Birthday(Dec 20) and Christmas are close so a double banger usually translates into new plane.

Merry Christmas,

Hawk

Thanks Nitro and everyone. Merry Christmas to all of you too.

That's some good training, Dahawk. Along those same lines, heck has truly frozen over this year, as my wife actually set foot inside my favorite hobby shop without me being there (on rare occasions when I go there she'll get out of the car and go in) and got a gift certificate for me!

We actually had a little rain here earlier, so a wet rather than a white Christmas for us!

Merry Christmas to you too Don. Gotta say you and the other mods make WattFlyer THE place to be. Looks like a lot of others are starting to see the light as well and are coming here from the "other" forums lately. Great mods, great people, great forum!

Thanks Joe,

I have the new HK 1600mm DC-3 silver version enroute but I bought that one under the radar so to speak and will have to apply the clandestine, CIA approved "shimmy" technique at the front door. "Shimmy" the box into my office, that is.

The next one will wait till February when the new Freewing F5N 80mm edf arrives from Motion RC.

xmech- Mine did the LHS GC thing a few years ago and it was a nice gesture. She knows I buy most of my stuff online now.

Cheers,

Hawk

The same Dito to everyone, Merry Christmas to all mods and future mods. Got a new plane for Christmas from Santa ME so I told me lady I got it because its a slow flyer that I can fly in more locations verses my other planes which are faster, I think she was ok with it put it together In an hour Parkzone Sport Club took it out for a maiden on Christmas but the winds Gods grounded me before I could even get it out of the car

Merry Christmas...albeit a tad late to say so. Hope everyone had a great time with family and friends. Santa decided to bring me a Align 250 DFC Pro, he must have overheard my dad talking about it with me. My hopes were for a Blade 180CFX, but I am extremely satisfied with the 250, after installing the AR7200BX. It is very well built, and the initial idle up showed it to be extremely smooth.

Yes I'm a day late. Hope every had a MERRY CHRISTMAS and got every thing they wanted. Me I just wanted every one to stay healthy and happy. Spent time on the road with one daughter and family. Had to get them for Christmas dinner. We had communion service at 0700AM at Church. Had a good dinner and by the end of the day I was ready to crash.
