Default Suitable transmitter

Hi all. New to flying and only had a couple of hours flight time. I have an Eachine mini Corsair and a Volantex 750mm Mustang. Would I be able to bind these planes to a Spektrum DX6 or DX6i transmitter?

Volantex lists a flysky transmitter it uses a encoding format that I am not familiar with, so I don't think your airplanes will bind to a spectrum transmitter, which will use DSMx or DSM2.

If your airplane uses regular servos, that can be unplugged from the receiver then you may be able to use a spectrum receiver in the airplane and a spectrum transmitter in your hands

Spektrum and Eachine are not compatible.

There's no need to fluff about or spend more money than necessary.

Spektrum as with FlySky ... FrSky .... Futaba etc. are all proprietary systems and require own or clone gear to work with them.

BUT there's an answer : Multi Protocol Radios such as Jumper ... RadioMaster .... RadioKing .... and they have all the protocols programmed into the modules. I have the Radioking TX18S and it just about covers everything ............. and what is really nice ... PRICE !! I can buy two for the price of one less capable Spektrum !!

You will get 16ch's ..... full user settable programming ... direct USB update and programming ..... literally near all Tx protocols connectibility ......

But do not buy a LITE version as the module is limited in its range of protocols.

Today - we do not have to stay pinned to one Brand format ......... the Multi Protocol radios have shown the way forward. Budget priced but with more capability than the so-called premium brands ....

I can buy a BnF Spektrum based model and bind to my Radioking.
I can buy FrSky V .. D8 ... D16 .... X series Rx's and bind to my Radioking
FlySky ... Devo .... eachine ..... the list is extensive ......

A true one 'size' fits all solution. I honestly believe that 'brands' will try all they can to block this ... but will fail and lose the market. FrSky has tried with Access ... soon that will succumb and I'm sure an update will be along shortly adding that to the modules. Same as what happened with Computers.
