so anoter wards i would have to swith around the wires for a hitec servo to fit in a z connector reciever?

no, hitec should go in fine, no changes. just make sure the signal wire is where it's supposed to be. plug a servo in, if it works, good. If not, just flip the plug over. all the rest will plug in the same way...
