Question Replacing the props on Aero Ace Jet

How do I get the prop off? I feel like if I tug on it something will break!
Any help is appreciated!

Doesn't want to budge! I'm heating up the soldering iron to melt it off! How about getting the new wing on; should I use a dab of glue?

I just went ahead and melted it off. Got the new one on, but the only issue is that it seems to be buzzing loudly. It doesn't look like its hitting anything and it has plenty of room, but it still continues to make me have to adjust my steering trim all the way to the other prop. Any ideas?
