I know this is not what you want to hear....
However, if you do not know enough to understand how all that works you should not be messing with it like that. Unless, of course, you like plunking down $60 for a new 4-in-1.

Thank you for your reply I do understand that the bat slot is for the binding plug and I get 5 volts out of ch5. I do not wish to fry the 4n1 thats why I asked the question. I have heard of people trying to run the 2.4gh camera from the 4n1 and I've seen the lights mod done on other cx2's just not sure if their taking the power directly from the battery or the 4n1.

Eflite has a 4-LED light package that plugs into a spare channel on the 4-in-1.
I put it on my CX-2 today..
There's two red blinkers on an extension that fits inside the tail boom, a solid white for upfront, and a red blinker for up front.
Looks like this...
Painted the bottoms of both rotors white to aid flight in pretty dark rooms.
It's not that hard to fly it!

Hi Guys: Here's my CX2 with lights. This kit I got off of Ebay for $10. It attaches to the battery. I don't have a way to turn them off and on from the radio but that's ok.
