Yes, I have a Dubro brake. It's just a spring wound around a hardened steel drum which locates between the spokes on a wheel.

I also have a Kavan electric brake, as linked by Twmaster, fitted to a turbine model but it's bulky & quite heavy.

Brakes are required on turbine models in the US & other places, usually air operated & quite light & compact. Like most things turbine the biggest weight saving will be to your wallet. - John.
