I don't work from the concept of "equivalent of a .60 motor" as electrics have completely different performance characteristics. And the choices for motor/prop/battery combination in for electrics is much broader.
I work from the "Watts/Pound" model to come up with the desired power and performance characteristics.
I use eCalc to model the motor/prop/battery and overall aircraft performance.
