When replacing, place a very small drop of plastic safe oil on each end of the shaft. Mobile1 synthetic motor oil, 0w-20 works great.

The recovery attempt didnt work. Results may vary of course.

When I hover or fly straight, the body "leans" to starboard. If flies fine, it is just a bit harder to tell when it is flying level, and of course it bothers my OCD a bit that it doesn't hover...
